If you are reading this, you are being called to participate in the healing of our planet. You may choose any form that has meaning for you in this work. I offer a sending of healing energy in cooperation with angels. See if it speaks to your heart. If this form isn’t comfortable for you, open in meditation and ask for guidance. You will be given a form that is suited to you and has strong healing power. Our planet and her people are in great need of healing and your service will make a big difference.
Note: It is important when one does an energy sending/healing that they be a conduit for Divine Light. Pull in Divine Light and send it out. You don’t want to send your own energy without pulling in Divine Light. This can be depleting. You offer a gift to all of us in a sending. Your focus and choice to serve as a conduit for healing is the service/gift you offer.
Sit somewhere that you can be completely comfortable. Take a few deep breaths, begin to relax. Mindfully set aside all of your cares–work, family, loved ones, home. Set them gently aside; they will be there for you when you are done.
Breathe deeply, settle into the Quiet. Acknowledge that you are a spiritual being attached to the Divine and to all other souls on Earth. We are One. We are a huge sprawling family. We love one another fully and without reservation.
Next call upon Archangel Michael to protect you as you open fully to send this perfect Light. When I work with Michael, I imagine a strong male standing at my back, one of his hands on each of my shoulders grounding and reassuring me. The way you imagine him is not important, but you’ll want to imagine something that helps you feel fully safe in his care. Open to him the first time and allow an image to arise that works for you.
As you continue to breathe, begin to imagine that you are surrounded by perfect White Light. This is the perfect Light of the Divine. It surrounds and permeates all of us all of the time. With your next breath, begin to draw the Light into your body through the top of your head (your crown chakra) and down to the center of your chest to your heart chakra. With each inhalation as you draw in more Light, your heart glows brighter and grows bigger. With more inhalations, the light begins to overflow there is so much. With each exhalation all lower energies are released. As you continue to breathe your whole being becomes radiant.
With Light in your being and Michael ensuring your safekeeping, call upon Archangel Rafael, the angel of physical healing. Rafael’s Light is green. I see an effervescent spring green Light like the color of new plant growth. Ask Rafael to help you heal the earth and our human family and feel him standing to your right. Next call upon Archangel Uriel, the Light of Heaven, and ask him to help you heal the earth and our human family. Uriel’s Light is the rich purple you would see if light shown in an amethyst; his is perfect healing of the soul and emotions. Ask Uriel to stand to your left.
With your next breath, breathe in Divine Light and hold your hands out over Japan and imagine that Rafael does the same. Imagine perfect green Light–physical healing flowing through you and from him to Japan. With each breath you are transmuting perfect White Light that enters your body into healing green Light that you are sending to Japan. Raphael’s presence ensures that the Light is pure, perfect for the healing you send and he amplifies its power. May this Light bring perfect healing. May miracles occur with bodily healing, and reconstruction and stabilization of the nuclear plants. Permeate Japan with green healing energy so that every breath they take, every thing they touch, everything they eat or drink draws perfect healing energy into their bodies. Imagine they have perfect Inspiration for healing treatments and all aspects of rebuilding and ensuring safety.
Now imagine perfect purple/amethyst Light–emotional and soul level healing flowing through you from the Divine and directly from Uriel to Japan. With each breath you are transmuting perfect White Light that enters your body into healing purple Light that you are sending to Japan. Uriel’s presence ensures that the Light is pure, perfect for the healing you send and he amplifies its power. May this Light bring perfect emotional and spiritual healing. May grieving souls find peace. May survivors find the strength to carry on. May those who suffer find comfort. Imagine perfect emotional healing for the Japanese people. Imagine strengthening their spirit and their connection to the Divine. Surround the island with perfect purple Light so that every breath they take, everything they eat or drink, everything they touch permeates them with this perfect emotional and spiritual healing.
Breathe in White Light, send green Light with your exhalation. Breathe in White Light, send purple Light with your exhalation. Feel the Love that you are sending. Know that you are perfectly Loved and that your sending is transformative and enables transcendence for those who suffer.
Repeat this image for Haiti, Christchurch, the Middle East and anywhere else you feel called to serve. Then wrap the entire globe in green Light for physical healing for the people and for the Earth herself. Next wrap the planet in perfect purple Light, bringing solace, comfort and peace, and a longing to love one another and be of service. Hold the image of our planet fully healed as you breathe.
When you are ready, release the image and take a few deep breaths. Thank the angels for their aid and the Divine for the gift of healing. Hug the angels one by one. They will hold you and fill you with so much Love and Joy. Heaven rejoices when we serve in this way.
When you are ready, open your eyes. Know that your sending made a difference. Know that people are more at ease, their bodies are healing more perfectly, the planet is becoming more whole. Repeat the sending when you feel called to so do. We do need you.

ps. This exercise can also be used to send healing to specific individuals. If you have loved ones who needs physical, emotional or spiritual healing consider doing a similar sending with them as your focus.

Thank you for putting all those words together and offering your understandings. I have practiced similar techniques, albeit they were not as colorful or organized. The essence of what I understand to be important is the cycling of the flow. Having spent years in the food industry – FIFO was helpful in remembering: first in – first out. Also, a modicum of dyslexia when applied to the computer admonition GIGO works well, for me.
As a warm up, I practice listening to the sound of my mind NOT thinking.
It all comes down to practice, doesn’t it?
